Data Privacy
The information our app users shared with IndoorAtlas allows us to provide them with the service and a great visiting experience in the venue. We take the privacy of user’s personal information seriously and therefore use reasonable security measures to safeguard their (personal) information. Our users have the right to withdraw their consents in providing us with his information and/or access their data at anytime. He may proceed with the following procedures if he wishes to exercise the his data privacy rights.
Withdraw Consent
Our App user’s privacy is always our top priority. If the user wishes to withdraw on the consent of providing us with his information, he can proceed with the following steps :
- Select "Withdraw Consent" below the privacy policy document @ image 1;
- Select "WITHDRAW CONSENT" @ image 2;
- Select "WITHDRAW" to complete the withdrawal request @ image 3.
During the withdrawal request process, if the user decided to continue using the App by giving Bluetooth information, select " Cancel ".
Please note that If the user decides to withdraw consent, the App will reset and his data will be automatically deleted from his device and our server.

Access Data
We are committed to protecting our App users’ privacy rights. If he wishes to access his data, he can proceed with the following steps :
- Tap on "Access Data" below the privacy policy document @image 4;
- Tap on the "Copy" icon right next to the statement “Please copy the information below @image 5”;
- Send us an email by including the above information and we will process the App user’s request at the earliest.
