No internet connection

The App requires an internet connection to position the App user and calculate the crowd density status. This screen will appear when the App user does not connect to the internet.

The user can proceed with the following actions :

• Turn on and connect to the mobile data network or the nearest available Wi-Fi;
• The app should redirect the user back to the previously visited App screen immediately after you have an internet connection.
