Why the App user not able to see the crowd density level of the venue?

To receive the crowd density level of the venue, the user is required to :

• Stay within the venue 
• Give consent to using the device’s location (Allow location permission)
• Switch on location permission
• Give consent on Bluetooth permission 
• Switch on Bluetooth
