The map generation time depends on the size of the map. For small maps the generation may take only a few minutes, or it might take few hours in case the map has hundreds of paths. You don't have to keep MapCreator or the web tool open while waiting for map generation to finish. Once the map has been generated, the new map is listed in the web tool Map revisions view and the generation time stamp is shown in MapCreator, and you can start navigating. If the dot doesn’t appear automatically on your floor plan when you start testing positioning in MapCreator, map generation might not be ready yet.
